Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

If you've thought it, someone else has asked it. Here are the most common questions about the podcast.

What translation of the Bible do you read?

We read primarily from the New International Version (NIV), with occasional cross-references to the ESV and NLT when a phrase reads more clearly. We'll usually call out which translation we're quoting.

How often do new episodes drop?

A new episode releases every Monday morning. Each season covers a single book of the Bible — some seasons are short (Ruth = 9 episodes), some are long (Genesis = 39).

Do I have to start with Genesis?

Nope. Start anywhere. Use the Books page to jump to whichever book you want to read. Each season stands on its own.

Can I subscribe in my favorite podcast app?

Yes — we're on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, YouTube, and via raw RSS. Hit the Subscribe button in the header for direct links.

Are the show notes available somewhere?

Every episode has its show notes inline (click "Show notes" under any episode). We also publish standalone charts, maps, and study aids on our Show Notes page.

How can I support the show?

Three ways: buy something from the shop, leave a 5-star review on Apple Podcasts (it really helps), or donate directly.

Can I get in touch with the hosts?

Absolutely — email us at hello@biblebookclubpodcast.com or use the contact form. We read every message.
